  All DD's are not created equal. They do not have a consistent taste to them between each store sadly. I always order a iced hazelnut coffee with liquid sugar and milk. They put in so much milk it didn't even taste like coffee. Unfortunately this is the only DD that's near me so next time I will order it with NO milk. Or they should at least have a milk jug available for us to pour our own.

  Good service from the staff. Even when they are busy they manage to get my order ready quickly.

  It's a dunkin donuts. It isn't bad or good - it is dunkin. Not sure how they could change the chain. This place is filled with locals all the time like an old country coffee shop - except here. The staff in this particular shop have often unintelligible English (if I were the francise owner, I would have them in ESL conversation classes twice a week). This can be a bit frustrating. If you don't know how to use your ap or are taking too long...they seem frustrated. It's a DD - the coffee is good, the donuts are available.

  Friendly quick staff. Iced tea is very fresh. Good is good. Access to rest room.
