  Never go through the drive-thru! Their speakers and mic are broken. Every time I've gone through the drive-thru they have gotten my order wrong. Coffee no milk or sugar, and they put in extra. Sausage,egg,and cheese crosant, I received a bacon, egg, and cheese! Asked for an old fashioned donut and was given a plain donut. Fix your equipment, this is beyond annoying.

  Every time we go here we are rushed through the drive through and employees are rude. My order has been wrong the last times also. Staff is more concerned about their numbers as I heard the employees yelling "we have 11 seconds left to get that car through". Horrible customer service.

  Went inside unprepared, thinking how I was going to pop my Dunkin' Donuts cherry. I ended up ordering the Iced Mocha with chocolate throughout, the six hashrounds for .99 cents, and the bacon egg and cheese bagel. I give customer service a 4 from a clerk who left me with a chuckle after she clearly witnessed my struggled, she quipped "get one of everything." A cool 3.5 for the meal. The food was made swiftly and while I found that the hashrounds, flavorful, were dreadfully greasy. I apologize to my vehicle for breaking the cardinal rule of eating inside her... The sandwich was as good as expected. The bagel is a bagel, plain, with cheese. Eggs spongy, that hinted of salt. But that bacon! Hardwood glazed bacon. All bacon is good bacon! But that some awesome bacon! Food wise 3.5 The drink shockingly blew the whole meal out the water! I knew that once purchasing the Chocolate whipped chilled Mocha was going to lead me down a very twisted path of very interesting "bad good" decisions! Would I go back? Only if I felt a burning desire for the drink to get the high octane I need to rue the day!

  I have been to this Dunkin Donuts 3 times now. Once was a year ago and they were rude then. I tried again last Friday and Today(FRI) got the same rudeness as last week. Not once was the cashier friendly said hello, Good Morning, or Thank you for coming! It is disgraceful when you can sense the attitude from a staff member at a business that you are giving your money to. All I get is a simple donut for my daughter in the morning as a treat. Would it hurt to pretend to be happy for the time you are working? I bet if you tried to be happy just a little, life would be better. Really don't want to be another complaining customer but this location is TERRIBLE!!

  Cashier didn't wait for us to complete our order before trying to give the total each time. Food was incredibly bland. Both the doughnuts and the bagel sandwich tasted bland and stale. Manager kept 'talking over us' to other customers as we ordered.
