  I will start by saying i stopped going there for a long time because of bad customer service i stopped there today and decided to give them another chance. I asked if they had frapes since i dont order from there that often. The lady at first just said they didn't had frapes , she didn't gave me options, i then asked her what kind of cold drinks they had since i had a desire for something cold like shakes i got the feeling she was laughing or making fun of me , she look confused trying to see the screen to give me options, fortunately this new kid edwin just kicked in "he is awesome". He helped me decide what to get , he took the time to explain me options, so polite , knowledgeable, efficient, good customer service he went above and beyond, i really enjoyed ordering with him this kid should get a raised, if you go ask for edwin so far the only one in that location that made me feel like coming back.

  Update Still the same. Service it still good. The only thing is that if they're going to leave new workers, they should at least be fully trained or have a supervisor on call. ------------------ It's a hit or miss at this Dunkin Donuts. Some days they get my order right sometimes they don't. Sometimes they have the ingredients they need sometimes they don't. Customer service wise they are usually nice and friendly.

  I always get coffee every Friday from this Dunkin. They are never packed so it's great to go before I start work and if they do have a line they bring it down quickly. They make it perfect Everytime, Weekly Dunkin fix.

  Every time I order my coffee they give me the wrong thing all I want is 4 creams, 3 sugar and two shot of Sweet hazelnut and they always give me French vanilla. Please pay attention to your customers I understand that there is a line, but it's important to get our orders right.
