::The sausage croissant sandwich was really good. I was a little disappointed to wait for several minutes in the drive through before someone took my order, and there were only 8 soggy hash browns in the order.

::I’ve gone here a lot pretty good donuts my favorite is the long John. My only complaint is I once bit into a donut and their was a small metal stick thing in it i still go their though their donuts are still good and nice employees

::Awful customer service. Went there yesterday via drive thru, and was being rushed the whole time while ordering. The man who took our order audibly sighed when I said we had a drink to add on. We only ordered 5 things and more than half were food. Not a hard order... Then we got up to the window and the man was very loudly talking badly about how annoying customers are for ordering so much. He was cussing and name calling. I didn't feel safe knowing someone like that was handling my order so we left. Listen I know working fast food sucks. I work with the public too and it's awful and the customer is not always right, but if you're going to talk badly about customers just be smart about it and do it over the headset. Or at least close the window went you do smh.

::Very dark lot and drive through, doesn't feel safe. Service was terrible, I was cut off speaking during placing my order. I even corrected her and restated my order and she still got it wrong. I ordered a large hot coffee 9 cream and 3 sugar, then a large iced Carmel coffee with 7 milk and 7 Carmel no sugar. I got a large hot coffee with 5 cream and 3 sugar, and an ice coffee with no extra milk or Carmel. For over 7 dollars they need to get it right. It's not like they were busy. When I opened Dunkin in Chicago it was just me not 2 employees. Get it right or go out of business

::I am very disappointed in both this location and with the company in general. We placed a mobile order on Christmas Eve that included a dozen donuts and Munchkins, only to arrive there and be told they were completely out of donuts. Ok, that happens... But no solutions or alternatives were offered and I had to flat out ask "so how do I go about a refund?" I was told I had to contact customer service, which I did that very same day. Knowing it was a holiday weekend, I didn't expect an immediate reply, however I did get one on Christmas day asking that I submit screenshots of my receipt and my rewards account ID. Again, I did so right away, and I haven't heard a single thing since. I have emailed every single day asking for a follow up, and nothing! So, not only did I pay for items that I did not receive, now they're just keeping my money apparently. Service at either Carmel location has always been mediocre at best, and this experience is now the final nail in the coffin for me. You've just lost a very loyal customer. UPDATE: I was finally contacted by the district manager, AFTER two weeks, 4 unanswered emails, and a new complaint ticket had been submitted. I was offered a replacement of the missing items or a full refund, and as of today, 1/15/23, I have finally received my refund.
