::Man, this place just canât get orders right. I shouldnât have to check every order to make sure the stuff I told them I wanted is in there. Multiple times, they have forgotten to give me hash-browns and today - as the last straw - they made my turkey sausage, egg, and cheese without egg. We are finding another nearby DD to go to. This place cannot get the basics right.

::Another disappointing trip. I brought my children to the store and arrived at 7:30 and the door were locked. The workers said go to the drive through. We went in the line to order ice cream. The worker stated that they now stop serving ice cream at 6pm. I was there recently at 7:30 and was able to get ice cream. We ordered two doughnuts and as we pulled up to pay, we got the two and watched the other worker throw a giant tray away. I tried to ask when the ice cream hour changed and got nothing in response.

::Went at 6:50 pm for ice cream, waited 8 minutes in the drive thru line (2 cars ahead of us) since the doors were locked. Car ahead of us ordered two scoops of ice cream - we could tell because they left the order up - when we asked for our ice cream the girl said âour ice cream is closed for cleaningâ and then when pressed she said âwe always close the ice cream at 7:30âŚI mean 7â. Disappointing. Why have the Baskin Robbins side of you refuse to serve it?

::Ordered via Dunkin App. Walked in to store 2 min later and coffee was ready. There were plenty of Donuts and other baked goods remaining at 11:00 a.m. (I was returning from getting dental work so I only bought coffee).

::Always makes my frozen coffee with ONE pump of mocha wrong. The drink on the left is what I received. The three Dunkinâs in this area all mess my order up in this way often. Itâs basically a cup of chocolate syrup with ice. The drink on the right is what it should look like which I got from a different Dunkin down the road. (Friday at 5:45 pm)
