  I WOULD LIKE TO SAY DUANE READE ON 94st3rd Ave are the best.THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE ARE GREAT. LINDA NGU ANGELIQUE MARTINA SHINELLE NILHA JUSTICE THEY REMEMBERED MY BIRTHDAY AND GAVE ME A NICE CARD.THEY MADE MY DAY.AS A SENIOR CITIZEN WITH A DISABILTY/THEY MADE ME FEEL SPECIAL.THEY DESERVE A SPECIAL REWARD Paul Cohen

  The Morning manager is super nice and let's kids waiting for the bus stay inside the store in the winter. I go here all the time for food and household needs and it always has what I want and generally it's not too crowded. Very modern looking.

  This review is written about an employee named Ishmael. I have lived on East 94th for 25 yrs. and have shopped at this location since they opened. Yesterday was the worst experience I ever had there. The cashier, Ishmael was so rude, and obnoxious. When I asked about a item that was mismarked, he replied 'what do you want me to do about it?" and "It's not my problem.". I could not believe his attitude & remarks. He then proceeded to give me a dirty looks while yelling at me saying "don't you dare disrespect me, I don't have to take this from any of you people!" He was very threating, the manager had to ask him to leave the front of the store. He obviously doesn't know the meaning of the word (disrespect) and should not be in customer service!

  The review still posted is very old and does not reflect the store and pharmacy as it is now. All current pharmacists are very helpful and courteous. They will contact your doctor if there are no more refills to be sure your medswill correctly continue. Even though I have moved several blocks away I continue to patronize this store- it is by far superior to the one closest to me w.
