  This store is racist. Witnessed this lady call the cops on a friendly, humble gay man and told him its not their fault he can’t afford insurance and refused to help him after he questioned them. Then called the cops on him for no reason after humiliating him. So disgusting never AGAIN

  The CVS store staff are very friendly and helpful, the pharmacy staff are the opposite. Almost every time you walk in you have to stand and wait for someone to come to the counter, they do not prioritize the customers. Additionally, they often forget to give you all prescriptions that were filled so you have to ask and make sure they are giving you all. God forbid you have to use a coupon, etc. they will tell you to "wait a couple of minutes" because apparently applying a coupon is quite a time consuming process. Overall, the staff are not solution-oriented and do not demonstrate willingness to assist, you have to know what questions to ask in order to get the type of service you need. I switched to this one from another downtown so I know they do not all operate this way, disappointing that they don't prioritize friendly service.

  The shelfs are barely stocked, but customer service is ok
