  I gave this practice one star because there was no option for zero. If you like sketchy billing practices and ambiguous fees while receiving painful dental work, you'll love this place. The office manager (Kristi) demands random payments from you without even giving you a written statement, or you will be getting harassing phone calls even before your insurance pays. The "dental assistant" (Alison) is incompetent at best. Don't let her near your mouth. There is no privacy at this office because the walls don't go up to the ceiling. You can hear everything that is said from anywhere, including discussions about other patients and their payment practices. This is the most unprofessional medical practice that I have ever encountered. There are plenty of dentists around. Find a good one. Don't find out the hard way like I did. BTW: This dentist is not Dr. Shenouda. It's Arefian. 😁😫👎🏼

  I do not know what the person's above comment is about because I have been a patient of Dr. Arefian's for almost five years now and I have the most beautiful smile. She is painless and her work is amazing. I felt like I was being worked on by an artist. The staff is great, friendly, professional. I love going to the dentist now.
