  Equipment is great but the customer service is sub par. I feel like I am a burden and just another person spending money. Unfortinuatly the only other nearby location is Frankfort but their service more than makes up for the drive. This servive deficit is not new nad has been here for at least 4 years. I wont be back if I can help it.

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They split a string set, since we only needed one and they didn't have it separate. A++ service

  Run by musicians they can serve any small to medium gig you may have coming up. From the talent to the gear this is your hub!

  These guys are tremendously helpful and thoroughly know their stuff. All of the employees seem to be equally well equipped to help customers determine what they are needing from public performances and events to personal equipment purchases. The rental prices my church paid for the speaker/ subwoofer/ wireless mic were quite reasonable, and the equipment performed even better than we could have asked for. I would not hesitate to recommend the shop to anyone. I definitely will be going back the next time I need anything.

  Good selection of gear and their cables have a lifetime warranty. Bought two cables and they have lasted longer than any other brand I've owned. Definitely check them out before hitting up Guitar Center
