  Pizza showed up lopsided and mangled, seems like it was tipped over or dropped. It wasn't what I ordered either. I ordered a half pepperoni/half extra cheese because my daughter does not eat pepperoni and it showed up with pepperoni on the whole thing. No big deal, just call the store, mistakes happen. However the clerk and manager gave me a hard time and a lot of attitude, trying to convince me that this was all my fault. It took 15mins on the phone to get them to agree to send me a correct order. Even then they quite rudely demanded the old pizza back..."I want our pizza back". My first time with this location and my last

  I ordered online from this store several times. However, this time it said on the tracker that the pizza already delivered I called, they asked for my address, and then hung up on me. The employees need to learn basic phone manners. The pizza delivered 20 minutes after it said it did online. I don't know if this is the computer's fault, or if they did something on their end.
