  my order never arrived... had to call and cancel after over 2 hours of waiting. will never use this domino's again

  Let me preface this by saying I've had bad online experiences with this particular establishment in the past; this, however, is the straw that broke the camel's back. I placed my order at 11:46 PM. The tracker indicated at 12:01 AM that the store manager "Jaimie" had reviewed my order "for perfection". It's now 2:08 AM and I am still without my order. I tried (as I've attempted to in the past) to contact them and stayed on the line for 30 minutes without anyone answering. I'm now all but convinced that my order will never arrive. I'm sure this comment will receive criticism as just another disgruntled customer, but I've ordered with them in the past (more so out of necessity than volition as I live in a residential area and they are open until 2AM) as aforementioned and have had similar ordeals. If you wish to dine at this establishment, I will discourage you from doing so— at least if you're ordering electronically (do not even try to reach them on the phone as no one will answer). I am generally courteous and like to give most people and businesses leniency and the benefit of the doubt, but a situation such as this is holistically ludicrous. Hence, the merited one star review. UPDATE: They called me at 2:14 AM, asking me if I still wanted the food... why on Earth would I?

  I ordered a pan pizza with 4 toppings from there 30 minutes ago. I get home and realize they forgot one of the toppings. Not only that but the 1/3 toppings was barely spread evenly on the entire pie. I also ordered wings from there and they barely even put the bbq sauce on them then didn’t even cook them well done like I clearly asked. Don’t eat here go to 161st Domino’s for better service

  I understand that it takes a mine to get to my build but don't ya'll support to call before leaving the store , it's true that sometime ya'll don't carry change on ya'll but that should only be for project. (bc of the time I would say carry 5 dollars of its after 12:00am ) but really ya'll support to carry 20 dollars in your wallet just case.

  Rude service. First they give me the wrong order, than I ask to have it fixed the manager I believe argued against that, but than agrees but once again they make another mistake in my order and I ask for my money back, he gets upset and refuses.I just take the food. Never going there again. Regret not going to the dominos I usually go to. They actually ask you to repeat your order so no mistakes are made. Who puts cheese first and than marinara sauce on top?
