This is my local Domino's. Always great service, well, once they screwed my order up. Once. They handled it well and I was pleased. Edit: 4/17/18 This place has gone down hill, steadily, over the last couple months. They don't answer the phone, Pizza can take over 2 hours for delivery. My last 3 orders? Walked there, 2 hours after ordering, because they would not answer the phone. Sat there for 20 minutes and then walked home with my Pizza. 2nd order, 95 minutes and it was cold. As in no heat left. 3rd order, gave me a Meatzza with no Meat, just the 2 extra ingredients, on it. Hello, Papa Johns.

Domino's on St Peter in Saint Paul is without a doubt the worst Domino's I've ever tried. Terrible delivery times on normal nights. They hang up the phone when they don't want to take orders and will put you on an unending hold. I know this because after being hung up on twice, I was put on hold where I remained for 17 minutes while I drove to the store. They had nothing in the oven, one order came in from online while I was waiting for my food. I have to check that my food is fully cooked every time I go because there have been so many problems

These past few weeks, my husband and I have been planning a surprise party. I ordered 10 pizzas to be delivered three days later. Three days later as our party is going on, the status of the pizzas has not changed in the app and the pizzas have not arrived at their schedule time. We called the store and spoke with the manager. He said the pizzas were just being made! He explained that our order, "just popped up on the board and that there was nothing he could do about it." My husband asked for a refund/partial refund and for the pizzas to come ASAP. The manager explained that this was, "the companies fault." As if he wasn't a part of so called company. The pizza arrived one hour later. What's the point of ordering in advance if it shows up late? The manager was also very incompetent and had poor communication over the phone. We paid near $200 in advance for pizza to arrive on time and it arrived over an hour late without any warning from Domino's and without any solution from the manager to fix this problem. The manager simply said it wasn't his fault and didn't receive a simple apology. Such poor customer service! We will never order again.

Ordered a pizza the weekend of crashed ice. I knew the wait times were going to be long. That isn't the issue. The issue I have is that after I ordered my pizza and waited an hour and a half to check on the status of it, and to cancel if necessary, the phone was off the hook during business hours and I was greeted with a looping answering service. I was then forced to wait another hour for my food, instead of being able to cancel the order and look elsewhere. I e-mailed customer service and they told me the store was locally owned and would let ownership/management know about my issue. All I wanted was my money back for the order. Two weeks have gone by without a single call, text or e-mail outside of the automated customer service bot they respond to you with. 1.Phone off the hook during business hours. 2. Zero attempts over the course of two weeks to respond to a regular customer who had a legitimate issue. Get better management.

7:01 pm ordered pizza 8:26 pm call to check on status - put on hold 9:06 pm pizza delivered. Asked driver if it was a busy night, they said, "Not really. Just another night". Pizza was cold after sitting under a heat lamp for almost an hour before going out for delivery and 30 minutes before actually being delivered. 9:32 pm still on hold. That's 66 minutes on hold. Why even have a phone number for customers to call? 9:35 pm hang up after no one ever picked up. This location has become an embarrassment to the Domino's franchise. Take your business elsewhere.
