::Today is 4/14/18 And it is a blizzard out there. I placed delivery because they were obviously offering it. An hour later, I get a call from I assume the a manger (Kristina?) and she says something inaudible and hangs up. I try calling again, no answer. I call again she goes this is dominos we are now closed. Thanks for wasting an hour of my day! Could have at least talked to me instead of hanging up. Should be fired, very unprofessional.

::The people are friendly and the pizza tastes amazing, but waiting times are a bit long, about 18-20 minutes. But it's totally worth it!

::Don't plan on your order ever being correct. My wife and I constantly order from here (I don't know why) and it's terrible. If you add any sauces to your order don't plan on getting them. 100% of the time we don't get the sauces we pay for. In the last year we have spent over $100 on sauce cups that never get delivered. The app won't let us change our store so we are always stuck with the "Smith Ave" half assed policy as we have cone to call it. Sometimes the food is great. Sometimes its like a 5 yr old made it. Complete joke. Don't ever order delivery from here cause it's NEVER right. We still do it because we are used to sub-par service and are drunk so can't drive half the time.

::We ordered a pizza for delivery. The pizza delivered was not fully cooked and doughy. I was forced to drive to the store to request a new pizza. Brad, the Manager, allowed me to vent my frustrations and made me a new pizza. Brad also fully refunded my order. Although irritating to have to go back to the store, I was appreciative that Brad made it right and comped us a new, delicious pizza. Flavor and customer service made a frustrating situation better. Thanks Brad!
