  Most horrible place to oder anything dont come here unless you want to wait 3 hrs for cold pizza..

  I give it a one star because I don’t have the option to give it zero!! I placed an order at 11:40 which was supposed to be ready and delivered no later than 35-40 minutes it is 1:00pm and still no pizza, I tried to call however after waiting for ten minutes no one answered the phone, tried calling again and someone picked up and hung up on my face!! Very unprofessional!! This is not how you keep customers happy you will eventually lose all your clients!!

  TOOK FOREVER TO DELIVER MY FOOD, WAS TRACKING IT AND DIDNT MOVE FROM QUALITY CHECK STATUS FOR AT LEAST 20 MINUTES. I CALLED AFTER 35 MINUTES AND WAS TOLD AN ADDITIONAL 20-30 MINUTES, MY LUNCH HOUR WAS OVER. HAD 60 SCHOOL PIZZAS BUT FAILED TO LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW SO I COUD CANCEL, SO UPSET :(

  Ordered at about 9:00pm. Website says 75-85 minutes. It's a Saturday night, so I get it. The online tracker says my order was checked for quality at 9:08... But isn't supposed to be delivered until after 10pm? At 10:30, I call the store, as the tracker still doesn't show it was out for delivery. The kid that answered the phone tells me that the order is still waiting to be picked up by the driver. He says it will be another hour. "So, you're telling me, that my order was made an hour and a half ago, and it's going to be another hour, before the pizza gets here? and it will be 2 and a half hours old?" "Yeah" That's it. "Yeah" "We need to go ahead and cancel the order then" "OK" and he hangs up.

  I didn't listen to the awful reviews and now I regret it. We ordered at 12:50 pm and didn't get it until 2:30. I've included 2 screenshots showing that our pizza sat on a counter for 45 minutes after completion, and has been in a car for 45 minutes as well. We are a ten minute trip from the store. They also messed up our order, the onions and peppers on the left were supposed to be on the right with the meat. Our driver, Robert, was very nice and said we could call for a refund or replacement (not sure exactly what he said). We just picked the veggies off and put them on the correct side, we were too hungry to deal with management. Our driver was nice, but we definitely won't be using this location again.
