  I am highly upset employees at this location have zero work ethics, every time I call this location two things happen they mess up my order or keep hanging up on me I just called 4 times they say they are busy but I just drove by and the store is empty and employees seems to be laughing and joking around DOMINOS PIZZA PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!!!! Then they have the nerve to say we can't make your delivery it will take two hours 🤦‍♂️ So after 9 months I decided again to try to order same results please domino's Pizza get real corporate professionals to work at this location so they can learn about customer service.

  The problem with living in the 170th/Mt Eden area of the Bronx is the severe lack of quality delivery food. Domino's only gets the second star because they are generally consistent in food quality. Even on slow days, delivery can take upwards of an hour. Sometimes it never shows up and orders get messed up. Phone staff is short and tends to hang up on you. Pizza arrives cold about 60 percent of the time. Delivery drivers never leave their vehicle and rarely know where the building is.

  This was my first time ordering from this place for delivery. I am a pregnant female and in the snow I had to walk all the way to the guy vehicle he did not budge or get out of is Jeep as a male he could have came to the building. On top of that my soda was hot n food was warm like it’s been left out. I called the store and explained the situation n explained I had a got soda and almost cold food. He had no interest, The person hung up on me. I called Back and ask if he was the store manager n he said yes. I would never recommend this dominos for delivery they are very unprofessional and rude. Never ordering from this place again. First n last time. Order from somewhere else if u have to. I don’t n won’t recommend this dominos to anyone.

  DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! This place sucks when it comes to online orders. Based on my experience this specific place would take more than two (2) hours to deliver your order. Last time I ordered, they didn't even deliver it; the order was placed at 12 something A.M. and at 3:10 in the morning I was still waiting for it. Never got it. Nothing happened, besides getting charged for an order that I never saw. My advice is: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. EVER. DO NOT DO IT. Keep in mind that they might try to talk you into forgiving them for that specific "offense", but waiting more than 2 hours is something that has happened to me at least 6 times to me and IT IS NOT FORGIVABLE. IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER DO NOT OFFER A DELIVERY OPTION. Enclosed it's a photo of an empty bed with no pizza at all, cause it never got here. Matter of fact it never left the "firing up" phase or however you call it. 6 times, people. Six goddamn times.

  Sometimes accidentally they make good pizza. There are some employees who r well trained. You can trust those few. But many times they just do whatever they want. 2 times even forgot to put toppings i paied for. And you literally have to ask 3 times for a bag and 2 napkins. I mean literally.
