  So I decided to order dominos only because of there cookie pie. I ordered my food and the driver said he's downstairs. My building is in the middle of the residence and after i told him I paid a ridiculous delivery charge of 4.50 to delivered a block away, he anticipated to stay in the car while I explained to him I have 2 small children in the house alone,he didn't budge. So k got on the phone with the manager and he says" if the driver fear for his life, he will not get out the car". The most prejudice statement I've ever heard. From a women? Really, Never again.....a deliver charge for that much I expect to at least to be met half way.😑😑😑...disgusting customer service.

  Honestly don’t know why there are a lot of negative reviews. I ordered through the Domino’s app and my order delivered to me in less than 5 minutes. The delivery guy was also nice to ring my doorbell when I lived in a massive apartment complex. The pizza came to me hot and the pizza made was fantastic. I’m really happy I ordered from here, despite the 2 star ratings.

  They Don't Even Deserve This One Star... Delivery Team Needs To Get It Together -1Star So I haven't called this Domino's due to my previous review^^^^ But Today 04/21/19 I called and spoke with Ashely And her customer service skills is great..She made me want to change my review #Keepitupmyrtleave #Iseetheimprovement

  Seriously, who in their right mind gives Domino's less than 5 stars? They should turn off google review-ability after 10pm EST. This location always hooks it up, even after they're technically closed. C'mon.

  This store is the worst customer service, I had Ever had. You can’t go into the store to order and the employees has no people person skills or understand and Patients. They don’t want assistance you at all. I just moved I. The area and for my kids who love to eat from domino’s I will have to travel a long distance to get the kind service that I need. This is very unprofessional And disappointing. If the was to get audit they will fail on the spot, also i’m surprised that domino don’t have secret shoppers to come in and do a pop up to see their people skills.
