::Everyone needs to understand they are not the only customers. This place often gets very busy because people love there pizza which I agree is honestly the best. Management is amazing, its all about communication!

::Worst service ever. Made me wait over half an hour extra on top of their "order ready to pick up" time! Then they were rude and lying to me about the order. Then they gave us wrong order! And got annoyed with me when I told them! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DON'T GO THERE!

::Twenty minutes after placing the order, I went to pick up and they said they didn't start making my order. They were rude and unprofessional. Their excuse was there's nothing they can do. We just have to wait for our turn. Not even an apology was issued. I'm not paying for bad customer service and late service. Next time, I'll order from a local pizzeria and I'll make sure not to give any future business to Papa John's. Shame!! Everyone else, go elsewhere!!!

::So, this was THE worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were missing some sauces and called to ask for them. Which I get is not the biggest deal and not a ton of money but when you are having your cheat day every dip counts damnit! This man we spoke to kept saying he gave us the sauces and saying we were lying... dude come on now. Then hung up on us!! We called back and he called us liars AGAIN and hung up... AGAIN. This is not a joke. I wish I was making it up but yeah it was absolutely ridiculous. It’s Papa Johns and this will obviously not do any damage to them and he will hung up on a innocent pizza lover again but I do recommend another pizza joint or different Papa John’s location. Or for me... no more cheat days.
