  I give it two stars because, for the delivery, no good , I ordered a pizza at 7:40 pm and i was tracking my pizza so they send at 8:20 pm and arrived at 9:24 pm and I live 15 minutes from the store and the pizza was cool

  Placed my online delivery order at 5:15pm....per the tracker it left the store at 5:26pm. 6pm I called the store to check where my order was, as I had not received it. Guy on the phone said its on the way but I'm like the tracker says it left 30mins ago. I wait a few more minutes....no pizza...so I call back and again I'm being told its on the way....Im trying to get another explanation because it has now been over an hour but he shuts me down and continues to tell me its on the way. I hang up and call Lucy's Pizza, which I shoulda done in the beginning. But lesson learned...I will never order from dominos pizza again!! The guys are rude...they have no idea about customer service. The driver just called at 6:21pm and said he's outside...lol...I told him no thank you. Smdh!

  I love the page that shows the times when things are being done so that I can plan for the arrival of the pizzas. the delivery person is always courteous and knows what they need me to do so that I can get away from the door with the goods as quickly as possible. The food is always hot and just as we asked for it. Thanks, Dominos...you do a great job for us !!!

  Efficient freshly baked pizza for pick up or delivery. They have several promos for in-store or for take out orders. Delicious and good for sharing with family and friends. We are lucky its so near our apartment. We order online and then walk to the store to pick up our order.

  So I called for a delivery, and they said they weren't delivering. I asked for an explanation as I did call within the time they still deliver. Shortage of delivery drivers I'm told. Being as persistent as I am, I pleaded my case saying it's within delivery time. Ahmed the employee I spoke too, told me he'd figure something out and to call him back before they closed. Little to my surprise he called me back 2min later and asked for my order. Ahmed is a great employee, with no compromise or me calling back,he worked it out and I got my delivery. If there was more employees like Ahmed. With the horrible past I have with Domino's. It's great to have Ahmed there. I give a 4 star to dominoes cuz I love the food. A 5 star to Ahmed for the great service.
