Trying to exchange a horrible car, get here after speaking with someone on the phone, and they offer me the exact same car. And won’t give me the number to speak with them directly! I have to keep calling the number that sends me in circles...

::Go to enterprise instead. I was told completly different information when I called to make the reservation and when I showed up. Decieded it wasnt worth it. Went to Enterprise fast and easy.
