My daughter and I went to Dolce Bleu last Saturday looking for a prom dress and were met by several pleasant employees except for one. This was my first time here and it was moderately busy. We were put on a waiting list to try on dresses and after a short wait, we were put in a dressing room. We were told that they allowed 5 dresses in a waiting room at once and could exchange additional dresses for any that we decided we didn't want. One salesgirl in particular with dark hair and unshaved armpits(ick) was constantly walking around holding dresses over her head asking the girls in dressing rooms if anyone had any "no's". I had found a few more dresses for my daughter to try on and draped the long part of the dresses over my arm. she told me not to hold the dresses like that because it can damage them. I then hung one of the dresses on the rod of the changing room and that wasn't good enough either. she told me not to hang the dress on the rod because it can get damaged. What??? I asked her what she would like me to do with them? She ignored me as she walked away. At that point I just put the dresses in my daughter's room, yep, we now had 7 dresses in that room! Eventually, my daughter was done with 3 dresses so I took the dresses, holding them over my head trying to oblige the salesgirl and told her they were "no's" hoping she would take them off my hands. She said ok just a moment and helped another lady that was there first. She then walked by me twice and made no attempt to take the dresses. These dresses are full and heavy, I am almost 50 and have a shoulder injury and I could no longer hold them so I just put them on the end of a random rack with other dresses for sale as I was getting pissed off. My daughter tried on a few other dresses then the salesgirl walked by and said in her monotone snooty voice" by the way, there is a 30 minutes limit in the dressing rooms". That was the last straw, I was done. We had narrowed our choice down to 2 dresses, about to spend almost $500 and she has the nerve to say that? This is my daughter's last prom and we traveled 3 hours to this dress shop because I wanted to get her a special dress. We walked out and went to David's Bridal in Lynnwood and had a great experience and was able to take our time. We found an even better and more beautiful dress there which cost less than half so I guess Dolce Bleu sales girl did us a favor. I won't be back because of the condescending attitude of the salesgirl and yes one employee can ruin a business at least in my eyes. She seriously needs some people skills or get out of the sales industry.

What a terrible experience for my first time trying on wedding dresses. The lady was very nice at first, she sat down and had me fill out a piece of paper with my information and discuss my dress preference. She went around the store and picked out a few dresses for me to try on. I went into the room to try on the first dress and she was helpful with getting into it. After the first dress, her attitude completely changed. She became very short with me and my guests. My guests wanted to look at other dresses on the floor and she got very upset and short that they were not sitting waiting. she also snapped and told my guest that they could not take pictures of me in a dress I was not 100% convinced I liked. During the first conversation she told me that she had all of these styles, I only saw 2 of those styles. She pulled a couple dresses and never even gave me the option to try them on and told me that I would not like them. It was very disheartening. She told us that we were done and that I needed to leave. We asked if we could still look at other dresses and she was short saying we could look but we could not use the room anymore and we needed to leave. From walking through the door to her dismissal of us was only 41 mins and did not get to see or try on everything that I wanted. Never going back. We spent more time driving up to Seattle to this salon then we did getting to look and try on dresses. So disappointed and upsetting. It definitely put a damper on my wedding dress experience and would never recommend to anyone.

Very glad I made a bridal appointment here! They have a great variety of wedding dresses, and with their help I was able to find THE ONE. The blue champagne also added a nice, fun touch to the experience. Very happy with the service and attention I received.
