  I used to live pretty close to this J Crew. I like their clothes. I head in and one of the guys on the floor asked me what I'm looking for and I say, "some new pants". He looks at me and says, "You're, what, a 32?" Yes. Yes, I am. How did he know that? Because he's an expert. This is a J Crew where the customer service is actually worth something.
