  These guys are great! Chad (The Chad) 😎was awesome! He got me in the car I really wanted. Phil and Billy were also great, they made my waiting time a thrill! Down to earth very personable and friendly people, not like other dealers who fast talk you.They're willing to work with you with almost any situation.

  Phil and Chad are amazing! Phil gave us so much information and made sure we understood eveything. Even during the initial paperwork he was always available and made sure we left happy. Chad was so down to earth and friendly and made us feel welcomed and at home. These two guys are the best!

  So they rent cars as well right? It's more like rent a wreck. They gave me a rental car that had dents all over it. It had been hit in the front so part of the bumper was lifted. It's missing a hubcap. Cigarette holes in the seat. The tire light was on and blinking the whole time. I thought something bad would happen with the tires. And when I went to put to gas in it, there was no gas cap. I didn't know those were optional to have on the car. I didn't notice everything at first because I was in a hurry to leave. But when I called the next morning to say something, the girl who answered the phone was very rude. She then tells me that they won't have anymore cars till later that day. I ask her if they could bring me another one since I was stuck at work and couldn't leave. Her was response was "no we don't do that." Not accommodating at all. I then go back the next when I got off work. A guy asks me what I need, and I tell him I need to switch out the rental that I have. He goes out the back door. After about 10 minutes he comes back and says the rental people are already gone and they don't have anymore cars. He didn't bother to ask who I was or what was wrong with the car. They're customer service skills suck. All it takes is one time to be unprofessional and give me bad service. I will never go back there again and I definitely would not recommend them to anyone I know.

  I went to discount auto sales a few times and the communication at first was rough. However Bill was very helpful and nice and worked hard to get me into a good car. Also, Tony was a big help and did everything to give me a great deal. Blanca was definitely on my side, very genuine, and has amazing energy, and Phil was very calm and extremely nice, so I’d like to thank each of them! I’d recommend discount auto sales if you’re in need of a car, just make sure to have a lot of time and patience. They have a nice selection of cars to chose from and will work with you to get you the best deal possible. :)

  Awesome sales and Service. I called and spoke to Jessica over the phone and she told me to come down for a test drive. I drove down to Discount Auto Sales and two hours later Billy was working a deal for us. Billy and Dorian are top notch guys. They are so friendly and professional and will work with anyone to get them in their dream car. They work with any type of credit. These guys really make it happen, not just talk. They back up what they promise. THANK YOU so much Jessica, Billy,Dorian, and Ramon. We will refer all of our friends and family to you guys.
