  oh my god. i love a sassy ethnic grandma when i see one, but dina the seamstress at this dry cleaner is by far the rudest most unprofessional woman i've ever dealt with. i hear she's fantastic at her job, so i brought a pair of jeans to be hemmed. when i put them on and stood on the stool, she spent 10 minutes yelling at me because i didn't bring the proper shoes and "she does not alter clothing twice" and that i was "completely wasting her time." when i calmly explained my surprise that i was a new customer be berated over this ridiculous situation, she back pedaled... i told her i like her spunk... fast forward a month, i have tried to pick up these jeans every day, she closely promptly at 5 p.m., sometimes earlier if the weather is bad. today i get a voicemail from her... again, yelling at me that she did me a favor by rushing the hem (which cost $14) and i need to pick them up promptly. when i called her to remind her that this is now the second time she's yelled at me, and that i have been trying to pick them up, but every time she's been closed, even when she should be open, she called me a liar. i'm sorry... i don't care how well you sew. she is not worth my time, my money and my energy.
