  Had 3 pairs of pants that needed new zippers that I dropped off and was told they would be ready in a week. Came back when they said they would be ready and was told a lot had come in that day and they didn't get to them yet. Figured that my pants were dropped off a week before they should be finished before stuff that was from that day but it was fine. Agreed to pick them up the next day. Got them and after wearing one pair one day all the stitches came out of the zipper. After inspecting the other 2 pairs neither of them were done properly either and of the stitching was loose and coming undone. Terrible experience, wont be going back.

  I had a pair of pants that were not finished being altered by the agreed upon time, a full four days later. I should have listened to other reviewers. Maybe they are a better for dry cleaning than they are for alterations.

  Highly recommend Andreas Cleaners, had to get my prom dress altered and she did an amazing job! She is very professional and friendly and her work is very neat.

  DO NOT GO TO ANDREAS CLEANERS IN FISHKILL, NY! I took 3 pairs of pants to get hemmed to Andreas Cleaners in Fishkill, NY and needed them ready by the next day since I was leaving on a business trip in 2 days and still had to take my pants to the dry cleaner as soon as my pants were hemmed. I asked the person at Andreas if she could hem the pants and have them ready by the next day at 3PM and she said YES and that I could pick them up the next day at 3PM so I would still have time to drop them off at the dry cleaners in time for them to be done for my business trip. To be very clear, the woman did NOT say she would try to get them to me by 3pm the next day. She said she WOULD get them to me by 3pm the next day. However, when I went to pick my pants up the next day, the person at the counter at Andreas Cleaners, (A different person), had no idea where my pants were. She called the person who was supposed to hem my pants but she did not reach her. I then left Andreas Dry Cleaner and received a phone call a bit later from the person who said she would have my pants done and she said she was sorry but would come in at 7am the next morning to do them. I call her numerous times the next morning and she doesn't answer the phone. Finally, I get a call from her at 9:24am and she says the pants were finally ready. They were supposed to done HOURS before. I got in my car and rushed over to Andreas, When I went in to pick up my pants, she said she had a lot going on yesterday. I told her that she shouldn't have said yes if she couldn't hem them on the agreed upon time. She could have said no and I would then have found someone else do hem my pants in the timeframe I needed. The woman at Andreas then charged me full price which was $45 to have 3 pairs of pants hemmed with no regard at all for the huge inconvenience caused by her not doing what she said she would do. When I said something about that, she only took $3 off a $45 order, which is absolutely ridiculous!!! The person at Andreas Cleaners seemed completely clueless as to what a big deal it was that she did not have my pants ready when she said they would be ready. Also, ANY person who understands anything at all about customer service would have offered me more than $3 off for her mistakes. That offering was an insult. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANDREAS CLEANERS AGAIN AS THEY GAVE ME EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ALSO RECOMMEND EVERYONE ELSE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

  Used the cleaners once. The service was excellent and my item was well taken care of. It was ready for pickup when promised. I will be using them again when the need arises.
