  Had a great time, love the large tubs, coffee and food so good! The only complaint is the beds are not comfortable. We're not use to mattresses so woke up every day very sore.

  Super nice staff. Nice rooms with a killer deep tub. Above average free breakfast from 7 until 10. Great location within walking of the Dimond mall.

  Boy has this place done nothing in the last 10-12 years! They didn't even have the nice big white fluffy down comforters. Nope-I had a quilt on my bed.with no blankets. I had to ask for a blanket and then I had to ask for towels. Only 2 in the room. I love the bath tub. That's it! The bar is no longer available, there is no pool and they still wanted almost 300$ a night for the King with a large bathtub. It was insane. Don't waste your money.

  Best friend and I spent 2 days here, on the 3rd floor. The beds are super creaky and loud when moving, mattress has a human form dent so it feels like you can ONLY stay on the one side of the bed, the pillows are so soft and unsupportive of the neck, super uncomfortable, my friend actually woke up sore. Theres just the basic TV channels nothing special, the TV still glitches so u miss whatever show is on. The only upside is the hot shower and nice big bathtub and the rooms are dust free, housekeepers were friendly and asked if we needed anything. Sometimes there's a loud high pitch sound, woke me up around 6AM. The last time I stayed here we stayed underneath a very loud airconditioner that gave me a headache throughout the night. Rooms could use a little update, maybe add Netflix or Hulu on the TV so you don't have to deal with the constant glitching.

  The room that my sister and I stayed in was very clean. What made this hotel an excellent place to stay was the proximity to the mall and restaurants. The most enjoyable part of Diamond Hotel was the staff. They were the most friendly group of people in one location I've ever meet. Yes I said 'meet'. From the shuttle drivers, Ron, Eddie and Jose ,great guys. Cordero McNeal, service and maintenance to the chiefs who prepared the continental breakfast in the morning. Everyone smiled and stopped to see how we were doing and if everything was to our liking. We will be back to visit Anchorage I hope to see these friendly faces again.
