  One of the best hotels in Anchorage for me! The staff is amazing, they will help with everything, clean and big rooms! Tasty food. Beautiful views near the hotel

  The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel is old and loud with horrible floors, but the restaurant/bar and 24/7 airport shuttle make up for it.

  Bar service was less than phenomenal as usual. Definitely nobody cares. For sure needs a mgmt overhaul. Social skills subpar. Definitely don't bother unless your staying at hotel and don't care either.

  Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Bathroom looked new and renovated. The common areas and corridors look a bit old and there was some renovation going on (maybe to improve it) but overall had a great stay. They offer free and convenient airport shuttle. Quick 10min/$12 ride share to downtown.

  Four stars for location (near the airport) and great front desk hospitality. The place is functional and comfortable, but not very pretty. They’re doing construction work, so hopefully the improvements will be an upgrade. They advertise a continental breakfast, but we only saw coffee in the lobby. So don’t count on it. Pipers restaurant is a solid little bar and grill, so you can grab a bite while staying there, and they have breakfast. Beautiful views of Lake Hood. We loved watching the sea planes! I would stay there again.
