::Nice location and ambience. I had the sipping chocolate and it was ok. I was expecting more as they specialize on it. It is a good alternative to other coffee chains but beverages are equivalent on terms of quality.

::Love the Ephemere mocha here. Everything I bought here has been delectable. :)

::Food and service consistently over the top. Michael Mir has managed to maintain a high standard throughout the years. No lessening of quality.

::A step down from the nice store they had inside, they now occupy the corner space formerly occupied by Tully's. Their chocolate is unique and delicious and makes for a somewhat different (in a good way) mocha experience from most other coffee shops. They also have excellent an chocolate elk (err, mousse). They've adopted very laptop friendly seating, and there are often people here working. Unfortunately, it all closes down at 17:00 (5pm) and the mall kicks you out at 18:00 (6pm).

::It is so cozy and warm in here. Great place to get out of the cold Seattle weather. Lots of seating available to rest. The one staff working was very sweet and helpful to a woman in a wheelchair. Beautifully decorated for the holidays and has a revolving door! I ordered the sour cream coffee cake and was not disappointed. It is a tad expensive, but hey, it's Seattle.
