  One of the best STARBUCKS store ever been to. It's amazing to see such a friendly staff in such a busy tourist spot. The staff is a definite* in this store. This store offers some of the rare coffee drinks and rare souvenir too. The shop is busy almost every time of the day and queue gets long. If you are in Seattle this is a definite visit for a photo op

  The nicest, friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to! Of course this location is full of tourists, but it was refreshing to see smiles on all the employees faces and an upbeat, friendly attitude from every one of them. When my husband and I walked in, the party in line ahead of us was getting their picture taken by a Starbucks employee who greeted us with a smile and complied happily when we asked her to take our picture as well. She was kind enough to snap a few pictures and asked us to review them in case we wanted her to re-take any- how nice! There are fun little things to get your picture with and check out while you wait in line, including a free little coffee bean souvenir, which makes the time pass quickly. When we placed our order, the friendly employee asked where we were from and learned we shared the same home state if WI. She was so nice and friendly and and we talked a but more before moving along in line. Our coffee drink was delicious and we really enjoyed our whole experience here!

  The iconic first Starbucks location, and it’s great. Line is pretty long, but once you get in there is a wall of souvenirs and coffees. It is basically a regular Starbucks, but it was the first ever location, and some thing haven’t been touched ever since it was established in 1971 like the sign, the 1912 number, and even the floorboards. Great place!

  An iconic Coffee brand in an iconic place, this original, first Starbucks opened way back in 1978 in Pike Place Public Farmers market, the oldest farmers market in the US. Though there are a million Starbucks outlets in & around downtown Seattle, you will find a bunch of over eager tourists (like me) & locals queue up in this worlds first Starbucks, not just for this being the original Starbucks store, but also for their special pike place roast, which definitely is the specialty of this outlet. I went with my regular Hazelnut Cappuccino, this time only choosing the pike place special roast. After a short wait I was handed down my all time favourite Cappuccino, which definite had a slightly more burst of flavour in this special roast. Definitely picking up a pack of beans on my way back to India. Especially with the Starbucks promise of getting the beans roasted & grounded to perfection in any of the Starbucks stores across the world, including India. Am too curious to experience how this special bean is going to taste through my South Indian Brass Coffee Filter

  This is the original Starbucks that first began at all however don't really expect yourself to grab yourself a quick cup of coffee because the weight is extremely long due to how historic this building is. It's also in Pike's Place so a ton of chores go here to take pictures so it will take awhile for you to get what you need. The lines are really long even though there are a good amount of workers there.
