::Helpful staff. Shame that they didn't have the roof racks or the life jackets I needed for the holiday weekend as their deliveries would occur AFTER the holiday weekend. Annoying that I need to go across town to get what I need. Still, the staff were helpful in finding what I needed from the other stores.

::Ordered new golf club grips, called ahead to see how long it would take them to regrip 9 clubs, was told 2 hours tops, if its busy. I dropped them off and came back 2 hours later to find the golf shop area totally empty and exactly 1 of my clubs regripped. Would have been nice to know regripping 9 clubs taked over 3 hours, this place sucks, spend the extra dollar and go to a local pro shop, this place is awful.

::Its hard to find customer service like this anymore. You have a question? You don't need to feel like you are disturbing an employee, actually you don't have to disturb them at all because they will have already come to you to see if you need anything. It genuinely feels like they appreciate your business and they do what the can to earn it.
