  The first time know the item purchased online can't return it at store. Unbelievable. Even though their return policy have the store or mailing return.

  Recently I'd purchased a purse online. Didn't turn out liking the color. Indeed, I accidentally throw the original box with returned prepaid label away. So, I 've called in Michael kor at Clackamas store and ask for the address where I could return my shipment odered.process of One of there assistant gave me an address that turn out not part of there connection. And now she make me lost my return ordered & money. I called them back to confirm them but they denied the whole process of assisting or giving the address of the place. I've never had any problem like it before. And never been such a bad customer service experience. Unsatisfactory & rude customer service. Never go there again. I wouldn't recommend to anyone either.
