  Staff was excellent in helping me choose an engagement ring. Then they were excellent again in helping us choose our wedding rings. Prices were also very reasonable and the quality is outstanding.

  I've recently purchased an engagement ring from here , and from the moment I first stepped in the store everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They don't pressure you into purchasing , and help you out with why questions and concerns. Angela zapata helped me with my purchase and she is wonderful. She treats you as if your family and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. The service and quality of their diamonds is 10/10. Angela along with the rest if the staff was very professional and I would defiantly recommend this location "devotion diamonds" if your looking for engagement rings or so on. Very very happy with my purchase and the wonderful service from Angela and the staff! P.s don't overlook this store as being another jewelry store in the mall , they have high quality diamonds there

  I had visited 4 other ring establishments prior to my encounter with Devotion Diamonds over the course of 10 months and the moment I encountered Reina I knew I had to look no further. During my previous visits to Jewelry stores , I always felt as if I was being sold to and rushed into making a purchase decision. However with Reina, I felt like family and more than a customer.Reina took her time to explain the 4 C's of diamond buying while helping me to decide on a band and diamond for my fiancé , all during my initial visit to the store. While I had no intentions to walk into a diamond store during my visit to the mall , I left knowing that I made the right decision and formed what seems to be a lifelong relationship with Reina and Devotion Diamonds. Reina you are the best! and invaluable member to the Devotion team! With your assistance I now have a very happy fiancé whom receives daily compliments on her beautiful ring.   I highly recommend Devotion Diamonds! I purchased the setting for my wife's engagement ring, and after their jewelers placed the my diamond, it came out amazing. 6 months later, we went back to get a custom wedding band to fit the setting. That too came out beautiful. The customer service from Angela and Andriana were off the charts! They answered all of our questions and concerns, kept us up to date on the status of the rings, and always made us feel comfortable during the entire process. I highly recommend this jewelry store, and will definitely go back to them for any future needs.

  Devotion is a luxury jewelry store. Andriana explained the brand and the process to us and made us feel comfortable. She was straight forward and ensure us she was going to support us through every step, which she did. The process of my engagement ring took 1.5 years and that was because of a custom design that I created. Adriana was patient and kept her word, she held my hand every step of the way. After my engagement, it was time to work on my wedding band and it was custom and took some time to get the perfect ring. Adriana was patient and did not try to sell me anything I wasn't comfortable with or I didn't love. She helped me through the process and shared her knowledge with me to ensure I was ecstatic about my wedding band. She also helped my fiancé picked a one of a kind wedding band as well. She treated me and my now husband as family and went above and beyond for us. We have found our jeweler and will only buy our jewelry from Devotion. We love this store and gained a life long friend in the process.
