  Horrible customer service, Was notified I was being connected to a service rep then they told me after I was connected that I had to wait because they were talking to multiple people... Waited for just shy of 30 minutes AFTER being connect to service rep for them to actually work with me.... If you own stock in dell... sell , sell sell......

  I went there only to be told that there was no dell store in Lexington.
