  We stayed here to go to the zoo, the room was clean, no noises in the halls we had a really good night sleep, breakfast is the usual: sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, apple and orange juices and of course coffee. The two ladies we had to deal with at the front of the check in and out were really nice even gave me suggestions on were to take my boys after the zoo. We will be staying here again for sure, it was nice for the price.

  Ugh this place was awful. I hope you guys read reviews before u stay because I would have never step foot into this place if I knew they had bed bugs. It’s real they do. And reading back at the reviews I see people complain about it 2-3 weeks ago. Which is more than enough time for these people to take care/address the problem. They gave us clear plastics trash bags as soon as I told the front desk lady about the bugs. They offered us a new room but I could not sleep and we had 2 kids who needed rest before a long flight in the morning. & I had to stay up to do some laundry at 3am. They offered me a refund and told me the manager will be calling me and hour after we checked out but no money back in my account and no phone call. Oh and also, awful phone service in the building and the WiFi is trash. I’d give this place no stars but the graveyard front desk lady was very kind and they had a waffle maker for breakfast. Horrible experience

  We spent one night on our return trip home from a wedding. Very clean, recently updated decor pleasing atmosphere! Staff very friendly and helpful. Biscuit's and gravy for breakfast was delicious! The only thing negative for me is I am only 5"1' and some of the heights like the bed and breakfast. Coffee counter were difficult heights. The extra tall mattress adds to the overall height of the bed. The high counter and tall coffee carafes are not a good combination for short arms. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

  Possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Front desk seemed incompetent, it took forever for them to figure out that we had booked three rooms, not two. Overwhelming stale cigarette smoke smell throughout the whole building, but especially in the rooms, which were supposed to be non-smoking. Each of our three rooms only had one washcloth. When we asked for more, they told us they were "all out," and that we could use hand towels instead. The one washcloth we had in our room was totally threadbare and had two dime-sized holes in it. We booked three rooms with two queen size beds, all three rooms had two full size beds. The rooms didn't appear particularly clean, both the room phone and TV remote were really greasy, like someone had been using both of them while eating a ton of buttery popcorn. It appears that the hotel is in the process of being updated, but for the condition of the rooms I would have expected to pay half of what we paid. Overall it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

  Not bad for a 2 star hotel. Obviously it has been renovated. A few issues in the bathroom with chipped paint, outdated cream color tub, and awkward light switch. Breakfast is average but great. I reserved my room a week prior and pricing was reasonable... at least I'm not paying $70-100 /night at the other hotels in the area.
