  We truly thought this place was going to be excellent because of reviews seen but we had a terrible experience. When we arrived there was nobody at front desk. There was another honest lady who was trying to buy items and was also waiting to pay for them. After 10 mins lady comes in from smoking a cigarette. She was very nice. When we got to the room we had asked for a pet free room when he she said she has given us but there was cat or dog hair, which I wanted to avoid a fuss so I didn’t say anything about it . Then when we opened up one of the bedding there was an orange stain on linen. The stove top was rusty or dirty. To top it all off, a rude lady came in at 1120am saying you need to be out by 1130am, so I told her I has asked the front desk and manager said we could be out by noon. When I said this to her. She said “ I’ll charge you for another night and you can stay till noon”. She was so rude and made me nervous, so we got out by 1150am without being even ready. (Attached is the picture of the rude lady who said she’d charge us another night) Their ad is very misleading saying “breakfast available” but for purchase so no hot breakfast included. I had such high expectations for his hotel but for $127 you could pay stay at a better hotel.

  Stayed for 2 nights. Rooms are older but clean. Pretty noisy at night but didn't really bother me. Location is really close to the casinos and downtown omaha. Pet fee here was only 10$ per night which is amazing!

  Big quiet rooms. Was on the 3rd floor. They do have an elevator if you don't feel like climbing up all the stairs. Breakfast was decent. But very crowded. Clean rooms

  For less than $100/night, there is good value here. The suite was spacious and clean, with a full-sized refrigerator and microwave. And I really appreciated the responsive AC/heat controls. I was able to set the fan to run all night on low, to generate just enough white noise to cancel out the late night ruckus from the busy highway just beyond the parking lot. The hotel also features an indoor pool (but no hot tub), and people should be aware that the usual mid-range breakfast options are not served here, nor are there cutlery or dishes in the suite. If you intend to eat here, plan accordingly.

  Affordable long stay hotel. Nice clean room with a good easy chair, king bed, table and two chairs, a full kitchen with all the appliances, a good TV, a dresser, a great full-size bathroom that has a FULL PRESSURE shower. Fantastic for the price. The little commissary has maybe 75-100 selections and almost all at 1-2 dollars per item. It's way less expensive than Casey's or any convenience store.
