  I needed a plumber for a backed up sewer drain. I called Dave and left a message. I called another plumbing service with good ratings and setup an appointment with them. Dave (or i think it was Dave) called me back shortly after I explained I already booked with an other company. He asked about the rate and when I told him the rate and other company. He assured me they do good work at a great price. Seems super professional to speak well of his competition I'll definitely call Dave in the future if I have plumbing needs.

Your plumber was very nice and personable, you took care to make sure that the problem was resolved and we walked away a happy customer.   I was not happy with Wauwatosa Plumbing (a section of Dave Burns Plumbing). I asked them to come out and fix a leaky faucet. A service agent came out to the house, took one look at the faucet and stated that it cannot be repaired. He quoted over $600 to fix it. When I told him that I would need to think about it, he told me that he charged $79 as a service charge. I felt it was outrageous to charge $79 to simply come out to the house, not even touch the faucet, and then quote me the replacement cost. I found another company to fix the leak for under $100. That will be the last time I use Wauwatosa Plumbing..

  I first learned of Dave Burns Plumbing over 20 years ago through a referral from another contractor. I currently manage 4 separate properties. Dave Burns Plumbing has done all of the plumbing work at all 4 properties. His work is top-notch. The work site is always clean when the job is finished. His workers are very professional and courteous. (Other contractors on site have also mentioned this.) His estimates are accurate. When complications arise, he is quick to notify me, and present alternatives to me. In over 20 years, he has never had to come back to rework anything. I do not consider other plumbers for work. I give him 5+ stars.
