  DHF is such an amazing studio. I love the workout classes but I’m obsessed with the dance classes. All of the instructors have a different vibe and dance style so you can always get something new when you go! I love the DHF family! They are amazing at what they do!

  This was my first class at DHF, I actually commuted a little over an hour to get there. The studio was nice and clean, but the staff is unprofessional. I enjoyed the dance lesson, but how the instructor teaches it, is not the same as they perform it. This studio truly just lives for the instagram views, and does not focus on critiquing students. It is difficult to attend a studio that mostly focuses on “self benefit”.

  Love this place so much! Jenny, Christian, and their team have built something amazing and unique. If you’re looking for a fun, supportive environment for your workout, you need to be at DHF!

  So much fun - I didn't realize the range of muscles you work when you dance. Nicole's class is so fun you forget how much you're working - the best kind of cardio!!

  If you want a different type of exercise, this is the place to go!! This is not a place for experience dancers or just dancing. DHF has a variety of fitness classes that are high energy, with fresh music, and all the feels you want in a workout. This place will not disappoint!
