  I really enjoy my workouts at my 9R gym located on Shepard. The trainers are very helpful, both Dee and Alex are very motivating. I highly recommend 9Round because of the flexibility in hours and the workouts are challenging.

  The tempo of the workout and it changing everyday keeps it interesting, and the trainers are always there to help motivate you and keep it fun.

  Friendly, non intrusive trainers who help you go at your pace and level, so that you get a great workout for your fitness level - in and out in 30 minutes! The workout changes daily so you are not bored and different muscle groups all get a chance to strengthen over time

  It's exactly what I was expecting ! Great place if you want to get in shape and it won't be easy but it's worth it. One of the trainers, Devin is really friendly and straight to the point on what to expect during the workout. The trainers are there to help motivate you and guide you through the intense workout. I love that the 30 minute workouts change. Too bad they don't open at 6 am everyday instead of just Tuesday and Thursday.
