Is this business even operational anymore? I recently bought a Groupon as I am visiting Dallas soon and was looking for things to do. I called the number on the Groupon voucher and was greeted by a message stating "Thank you for calling. Good bye" I called several more times with no luck. Decided to go to their website to book the tour. When you click "Book tour" you are brought to a page that states the form was private. I then emailed them about booking a tour and have yet to hear back. I ended up getting in contact with Groupon about their lack of response and got my money back. Today (about a week later), I see the Groupon is no longer available. I feel sorry for people who bought the Groupon and can't get a refund.

This place is closed!!! Beware, Groupon is active but they closed 2 weeks back. We were about to buy tickets but then decided to see the bus and then buy. Went to the information center and they said it's closed. The guy there said several ppl had bought tkts in Groupon. Sad!

Whoops...left my comment in the questions section. Dan was an excellent tour guide...friendly and personable with great knowledge of the landmarks and history of Dallas. We had a great experience on a chilly October morning ... Definitely recommend to tourists and locals alike.

On a short, recent visit to Dallas, my Sister booked 4 of us to take this tour. I was incredibly impressed (we all were). We got to see some very interesting places in Dallas, and of course where JFK was shot. Our guide, Rachel, was fabulous. She made the whole thing so much fun. We also visited the rooming house that Lee Harvey Oswald stayed at the last 6 weeks before he was arrested (and subsequently killed). As someone who remembers JFK's assassination very well, the whole experience was quite interesting and fun. I highly recommend this tour!

My wife and I enjoyed the double tour. 45 minutes in city and 45 minutes of JFK information. I wish that the city portion had more historical points of interest. Rachel I thought did a great job of sharing the information. The one thing that holds true with most tours is the ability to take photos while in a bus. The tour was worth the price paid.
