The stay was fine and everything was good, but my issue was the $200 hold they had on my credit card. I was supposed to received that but no refund after 10 days. I called the customer service and they told me they already did release the amount. When I asked for proof they sent me an email of a past reservation I had with them dated in 2022. I've been trying to get my money back but with no luck right now.

When you pay $250 per night, you would expect a quiet place to sleep There is a party venue on the 48th floor. They play music for events. When the band and the djs play music , it is unbearable. The entire floor 49 was reverberating, bass was reverberating through the floors, glass and walls. Almost every resident on the floor was complaining , starting to congregate near the elevators to complain. Babies on our floor were petrified. :-( I reached out to the Mint management and their response was as follows. "Hi We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The event should be over by midnight. We would like the opportunity to show you that your recent Mint House experience was an exception." And they offered a 15 percent discount. If I was looking for a discount I would have booked much cheaper yet plush hotels nearby. It was irresponsible on the part of Mint management to host such loud parties when you have people looking for quiet down time. I would not blame the party organizers , but it was the responsibility of the mint management to ensure you ensure your hotel guests are able to sleep. The pro: Location Skyline view Amenities near by.

I'll be coming back! It was nice and cozy with beautiful skyline views. Can't beat it. Different types of restaurants within walking distance, including some convenience stores for snacks and a few necessities. Also, there are many things to do in the area or just a short ride away with your choice of transportation. The only thing I didn't really like isnthw checking/out process of returning the keys. You need the key to get into and out of the parking garage. They have 4 parking spaces in front of the building, but they were all occupied before, during, and after my visit. I was able to enter my phone number to enter the garage before checking, but entering it as you're checking out will cause you to incur a parking charge. There is another exit that allows for the room key to be used, but again, there is no parking, so what I did was scanned my key and upon exiting, hurried inside to the front desk to return the key and scurried back out before anther car exited behind me.

My boyfriend surprised me with a two-night staycation here, and I absolutely loved it! The space was nice and open, but still very cozy. There is tons of natural light, with nice views of the Dallas skyline, and it was so peaceful that we forgot we were even in a hotel. My boyfriend told me that interacting with the staff was very pleasant, so that's a bonus! We're definitely planning to stay here again.

Great location. We really loved our room and the view from the 49th floor. The check-in process Was a breeze and the staff was kind. The shared kitchen and lounge area was nice as well. With the good comes the bad unfortunately and Considering for 200$ a night I was surprised to experience Our room not swept/mopped, having woman’s hair all over the floor, dirty silverware left out, and no coffee pot for the coffee they provide. We had to ask the cleaning staff to come in and clean the floors and then ask again for a coffee pot in the morning. We also were a little uncomfortable with construction on the parking garage level.
