  I walked in looking for rock climbing gear and Jeffery helped us. We had little knowledge and he was extremely helpful. He made the purchasing and understanding of the products clear. Awesome store will only shop there!

  They always have the best quality gear for every outdoor activity. The staff is always super helpful and knowledgeable in their area. They even help you with warranties and replacements!

  I came in today with the idea of looking to purchase a hybrid bike for commuting to and from work. Not only did I find one that fit me perfect but the service was wonderful. Gabriel gave me a great deal on last year's model. It was great to be able to meet you on your last day at Cumberland Transit.   Just left Cumberland Transit without purchasing anything. Planned to spend around $700 on a new GoPro with accessories but the employees had no idea about anything and we were just looked at with no one offering to help. We try to buy from small business but we are now headed to Best Buy where we know we will be helped. This is the third time I have not been helped at all at Cumberland Transit. Surprised they are still in business if they treat all of their customers this way. Their managers need to inform the employees on their products. Especially if these products are on display as soon as you walk in the door.

  I recently purchased two bicycles from Cumberland Transit, and I had an excellent experience. It has been many years since I owned a bike, so I had a lot of questions about what type bike would suit my needs (and those of my teenage daughter). I worked with Aubrey, who was absolutely top-notch for his knowledge and customer service skills. He was able to address all my questions with patience and ease. I would highly recommend visiting the shop, and if you are in the market for a bike, definitely speak with Aubrey!
