::Just left Cumberland Transit without purchasing anything. Planned to spend around $700 on a new GoPro with accessories but the employees had no idea about anything and we were just looked at with no one offering to help. We try to buy from small business but we are now headed to Best Buy where we know we will be helped. This is the third time I have not been helped at all at Cumberland Transit. Surprised they are still in business if they treat all of their customers this way. Their managers need to inform the employees on their products. Especially if these products are on display as soon as you walk in the door.

::I recently purchased two bicycles from Cumberland Transit, and I had an excellent experience. It has been many years since I owned a bike, so I had a lot of questions about what type bike would suit my needs (and those of my teenage daughter). I worked with Aubrey, who was absolutely top-notch for his knowledge and customer service skills. He was able to address all my questions with patience and ease.
