  Really friendly service. It’s my first time moving all my things into storage and I was so nervous but the employees working there are extremely friendly and explain whatever you have questions on. There are times were some days the storage floors are cold and others hot. Maybe they should fix it to have it always a cool temperature but other than that i’m really happy to leave my stuff because of the Staff. Marcus was extremely helpful with answering any questions I wasnt sure about and Suray first helped me set everything very professional ❤️

  Marcus is the BEST! He helped me out so much in the process of moving, I was highly stressed and he made it easier, he even fed me (Heart eyes)! Jessica also was a pleasure.and very helpful.

  This was my first time ever using self storage. I have been with this location for a year and have had a positive experience. The price is great and the staff has been so accommodating every step of the way. Great place!

  My husband and I went to make our first payment. We approached the cashier who dryly "Greeted" us with a "How may I help you ?". We expressed that we were there to make a payment. Being that it was our first time we didn't know what info to automatically provide her with to proceed with the transaction. The cashier have us a blank stare and so my husband asked whether she needed his name or the locker number? She rudely replies "Well how am i suppose to know who to charge?"Our previous experiences in that location have been superb, however this time was less than pleasant.
