::This place has definitely gotten too big to really care for their patients. I like Tara and Dr. Ahmad, but am less than enthused with the fact that Mary has refused to return my call even though I've left her messages every day for the last week. I guess they don't think it's important for their patients to get the results from the tests they take. My trust in this location is gone.

::I have been a patient of Tara Scaglione for years. She gets 5 stars. She is truly compassionate and intelligent. She listens and cares! Front desk receptionist was kind. It is very clean. Reason for only 3 stars is the medical assistant, Katrina, that took me in. She was rude. I tried to make conversation and asked questions about my prior visit and she did not answer me. She was abrupt with absolutely no compassion. I felt uncomfortable by her lack of patience and proper patient care. People like this should not be in the health care industry. We are anxious enough coming in and do not deserve that . I realize things can get busy and hectic but that is no reason to take it out on your patients.

::The doctors are great but good luck when you have to call there. Crystal Run isn’t a doctors office anymore. It’s a corporation that doesn’t care about you. They have become too big and we the patients suffer. I love my doctors(they were my doctors before crystal run) and I dad to leave them but I can’t deal with the support staff anymore.

::I have to say I don't normally write reviews but Dr. Abfier was exceptional. He listened to my teenage daughter complaints about her stomach pain did a thorough assessment and listen to what my daughter had to say about her problem in teenage language no less. He took the time was personable. I was thoroughly impressed not only has a mom but as a nurse. I will refer my friends and patients to him.
