  My elder brother passed recently, Crown was his choice for cremation. It has been quite difficult as I am next of kin and live 5 hours away. These people have been more than professional, they have treated me with repect, dignity and a friendly manner. I cannot rate them highly enough. I send Happy Holiday greeting to all the staff.   After some research, my mother and I chose this Crown location for the arrangements for my dear brother, who lost his life very suddenly. Every step of the way, starting with the very first call, I was so impressed by the patience and compassion from not just one member of the staff, but all of them; Jennifer, Michelle, Kathy, and not to mention Michelle's precious dog, Snookie. I won't ever forget my experience, and am hoping that this review helps others to put their trust in this wonderful team. To the team here, and to Management who may read this; Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.

  This place was wonderful. I placed one phone call and they took care of everything. I highly recommend their services to anyone who has lost a loved one.

  A basic cremation and mailing of remains escalated from $595 to $930 and the representative conveniently forgot his promise to keep us advised of the process. We could not get progress until the remains arrived at the cemetery in CA.
