  My elder brother passed recently, Crown was his choice for cremation. It has been quite difficult as I am next of kin and live 5 hours away. These people have been more than professional, they have treated me with repect, dignity and a friendly manner. I cannot rate them highly enough. I send Happy Holiday greeting to all the staff.   After some research, my mother and I chose this Crown location for the arrangements for my dear brother, who lost his life very suddenly. Every step of the way, starting with the very first call, I was so impressed by the patience and compassion from not just one member of the staff, but all of them; Jennifer, Michelle, Kathy, and not to mention Michelle's precious dog, Snookie. I won't ever forget my experience, and am hoping that this review helps others to put their trust in this wonderful team.   This place was wonderful. I placed one phone call and they took care of everything. I highly recommend their services to anyone who has lost a loved one.

  A basic cremation and mailing of remains escalated from $595 to $930 and the representative conveniently forgot his promise to keep us advised of the process. We could not get progress until the remains arrived at the cemetery in CA.
