::Great experience while dropping into town at this gym! The owner was present (not always the case) and coached a great class. The people were very welcoming and the facility was exactly what you need for a fun crossfit experience. From one owner to another..... great job !

::I have been to one class before about a year ago with a friend and I decided to go back. I think that was the first bad decision of the day. The gym did not impress me; the instructor was ok. The employees on the other hand were not the nicest. The class was a little underwhelming, I could have got a better work out with an insanity dvd.

::Been a member here for a few years, and the community, coaching and programming is the best. Stop in for a day or join forever, either way you'll be glad you did. Love my hierarchy family! Best DC-proper gym, and I've dropped in to most of them.
