  Check out Concrete Jungle's new CrossFit gym in the Bronx! Awesome coaching and programming. Easy to get to. Lift and drop all the weights without worrying. Lots of space, great workouts, plenty of lifting, strength, skill work.

  One of the harder bootcamp classes I've taken. You are moving non-stop in the hour and the instructor pushes you to do more than you think you're capable of.

  What's makes the jungle amazing are the trainers. They really take the time to walk you through the routines,etc. The facility is nice and gets the job done. I would recommend the jungle to all my friends.
