  Fantastic Amazing Customer Service at McKees Rock Store. Ericka was so busy by herself that she handled numerous Customers and answered my questions. I call her an Octopus!!! When paying a Bill I have had great experience with Stephanie and Manager Ron . All deserve extra Santa Bonus...All the customers receive individual attention ...kindness...and realize how special CRICKET IS!!! Other MOBILE .. MOBILE companies look out Crickets are every where. Samsung Note 3 GalaxY note 3 _____5 years when went KAPUT. . OBTAINED A ZTE BLADE MAXX GREAT!!! MY ONLY RECOMMENDATION IS AT NIGHT THE PARKNG LIGHTS ARE ON...I OFFERED TO STAY WAS CONCERNED ABOUT SAFETY. PLEASE FIX OR OBTAIN LIGHTS!! Sincerely in kindness Barb

  The most unprofessional experience I've ever had!!! Ronald L is the name on the receipt but Tony is supposedly the non- customer service representative I delt with. Took my mom to get her phone turned on and this mans facial expressions and demmor was deplorable towards an 80 year old women. He was even arguing with me and another customer. I will be complaining to the owner or management. Customer service is everything to me. Going forward I'll be going out of my way to another store. That's if we decided to continue to patronize this location. They will never get any of my business ever.
