  I like everything about Crescendo! Chris is great with the scheduling and very accommodating. He also did a great job finding a good fit for my children. Dale and Irene are both wonderful teachers. Irene is patient and kind, she is great with my 7 year old son. The only thing I would change/add... Is a waiting area. A place where students can sit and wait for their teacher to start lesson, or parent to pick them up. Right now it's hard to control students who love music from touching everything in the store, although we try. I strongly recommend Crescendo to other families.
