  Initially, we were head over heels about doing business with Mr. Crawford. As time went on, we were extremely dissatisfied with the customer service in the SALES department. We first encountered John, a finance guy there, who referred us to our salesman, Rene. All went well, but we were just beginning our search for the truck of our dreams, so we did not make the purchase in January. After looking at all other brands of 3/4 tons, we found that the GMC fit us perfectly. So, I called Rene and the same truck was still available. I went to the dealership that next Monday and made an appointment with him for 6 PM. When we got there, we got the sad news that the truck was sold... 1st MAJOR disappointment! Rene assured us that he would get us a truck that we wanted... We NEVER heard back from him - disappointment #2. Next I called John who got me a sales manager, Mario who said he had sent info on a truck which I never received... disappointment #3. He NEVER followed up, but I called him anyway. He then resent the info and I told him that was the truck we wanted, but again, no follow up or call back. Dis. #4. I asked for his sales manager and got Omar, I think... Don't want to remember his name because he was extremely RUDE Dis. #5. STILL wanting a GMC truck, I called to talk to THE sales manager, Eddie Z/Sapata who apologized for all the problems and assured me that he would call me in May when the new incentives came out... Dis.#6. Today is May 7th and guess what? Haven't heard from him or anyone from Crawford... Dis. #7 I don't know what one has to do to buy a truck from them, but I have NOT had ANY luck, so I thought you should know... Hope the next folks looking for a new dealership have better sales' experience than we did. John was the only person who did what he said he would do. Sorry, John - we tried... I also called Travis Crawford's voicemail, but never got a call back. Dis. #8 - Disappointment and frustration are the words I would use when recommending them. And insulted by the sales' managers ->Omar who waswas Completely unprofessional. To date: NOT ONE CALL, RESPONSE OR FOLLOW UP TO this review!!! Disappointment #9

  Sara was amazing. My 2017 GMC Canyon diesel really couldn't be found cheaper across the entire country. Great job sales team. You have definitely earned a repeat customer.

  Took trk in for low quality def fluid, new it was sensors, Danny the service advisor, said should have it out that evening. That was last Monday, a week ago. Was pulling travel trl to Goodyear Az had to leave trl in El Paso and fly to Az. Stay in motel for week, hope they understand just what it cost me to pay trl rent in El Paso, rent a car , fly to Az. Rent another car, stay in motel for nine days, if they get trk fixed this week fly back to El Paso, pay rent for trl for nine days, then drive to az. Can’t tell how unhappy I am I took 2015 gmc 3500 HD to them. It has cost me thousands.

  My experience with Crawford Buick GMC was nothing short of amazing! The salesman Ozzy was so professional and patient. We had to go back and forth because we had my son’s tournament and they worked with us with no fuss. Thank you so much!

  We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle at Crawford! Adrian Marmolejo was very informed and helpful, and he made sure to get us a great deal. Soraya was awesome at making the paperwork process fun and easy. We will definitely be returning customers.
